To become a DI you need to be a member of PKU and you need to be active and willing to recruit people in matchmaking and able to train people on a regular basis.So you need to be a least SMM or SMO to be a DI.Be aware you will be observed by Higher ranked members and the Chancellor,this will judge if you are cable of becoming a DI.
